The History
The history of the area of Val di Nizza focuses on the ancient castle of Oramala, one of the most important strongholds of the Malaspina. The places, on the border between the bishoprics of Tortona and Bobbio, was bought in 1029 by the Marquis Ugo, race Obertenghi, and he came in to her nephew Alberto from whom came the Malaspina.
